I thank I’m turning Mayanese
I really think so
You don’t have to be a Pocho to love Tamales. In fact, you don’t have to be a Pocho to love POCHO. Non-Spanglish speakers are welcome here.
Who was the poet? Nice wordsmithing…beautiful tamale pie…I wonder, is the corn still treated with lime, nowadays? Anybody know?
Kevin, the corn is not treated with lime now a days. They put vegetable shortening in the masa. The filling is carne con chile. I love tamales.
